Dr. Mackenzie Turner is a naturopathic doctor who's primary focus is in women’s hormonal health, fertility, and gynaecology with an additional passion for skin health and metabolic health, including weight- management.
When we met, Mackenzie was just starting her naturopathy business in a saturated city. She knew that if she wanted to stand out among all the naturopaths in her city, she would need potential clients to see and experience her level of care *before* they even spoke to her, let alone booked her.
From our very first conversation, she took the time to listen to my ideas and goals for my website, and was open and receptive to the changes I wanted made along the way. With her creativity and expertise she was able to bring those ideas to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. I am a very particular person when it comes to visualization and aesthetics. She was able to make my website visually stunning, with a clean and modern design that perfectly captures the essence of my brand and my personality.

As always, we kicked off our project with a strategy call. During our call, Mackenzie told me that she needed a brand and website that felt professional yet approachable. She wanted potential patients who landed on her website to feel an instant sigh of relief, like they were being taken care of from the get-go.
When creating her brand, I focused on creating an identity that felt inviting, client-centred, and built genuine connection, using soft colours and organic design elements.
When creating her website, I made sure to walk potential patients through the booking process with clear steps and CTA buttons to take the anxiety out of booking a consultation with a healthcare provider.
Her naturopathy business grew quickly after she announced her business to the public! She became her clients’ favourite referral (with clients often sharing her website on social media) because they not only loved the service she provided, but loved her warm personality.
